  • No Escape: The golden rule here is: "If anxiety rises, do not perform the ritual to seek relief." If you flee in the middle of the exercise, the obsession strengthens. Your victory lies in staying under the fire of anxiety until it extinguishes itself.
  • Choose Therapeutic Pain: Therapy is painful at the start (increased anxiety), while the disease is comfortable at the start (decreased anxiety). Choose the "temporary pain of the cure" over the "deceptive comfort of the disease."

Through 99 strict practical rules, I will teach you how to say "No" to your body and how to endure the "itch of anxiety" without scratching it. We will liberate your hand from the faucet, your eye from the lock, and your tongue from the mumbling.
